•Delivery
•R&M Service jobs
•R&M Other jobs
•Fuel transactions
•Hire transactions
•Disposal
•Logs
The most recent reading is used to calculate daily utilisation for service and disposal scheduling.
Most recent odometers from each source are available in: Fleet>>Odometers, Hours and Logs>>Odometer Summary
ACCURATE ODOMETER READINGS ARE ESSENTIAL.
INCORRECT READINGS CAN CAUSE INCORRECT SERVICE SCHEDULING.
If you use a GPS system ask about our interface options to help ensure accurate odometer readings.
JOBS MUST BE CLOSED WHEN COMPLETE TO ENSURE ACCURATE SERVICE SCHEDULING.
Closing a job triggers update of the service schedule.
