1. Driver Process

1.Driver/Operator submits details using Service Request App or Driver Services page.
2.The request is sent to Repair & Maintenance>>Service Requests.
3.The workshop supervisor specified in Parameter 480 receives an email (if the email address is in Personnel).
4.The app shows the pending/scheduled/cancelled requests.
5.Job date is updated in the app when scheduled.
Accessing Driver Services Page
If drivers have user right 50.11 to submit requests, they land on the Driver Services page when logging on to AusFleet.

3. Administrator Process
Repair & Maintenance>>Service Requests
The administrator assessing the request has the following options:
Review/Investigate
•The request is awaiting action
•The administrator can add more details in "Request Details" if necessary E.g. "Under Assessment"
•Status remains "Pending"
Cancel the Request
•No action to be taken - the request is closed without remediation
•The status in the Service Request module is updated to "Cancelled"
•The status in the App is updated to "Cancelled"
Create a Job
•The request details are used to create a job which appears in the R&M jobs list
•The status in the App is updated to "Scheduled" and the job date is sent to the app
•The status in the Service Request module is updated to "Scheduled"
Administrators can use the filters/menus to show/hide requests with different statuses.
