1. Financial Periods
Reference files>>Administration>>Company details>>Period
•Transactions are assigned to a financial period based on transaction date
•If the appropriate period is already closed the transaction is assigned to the next open one
•Create future financial periods to ensure transactions can be assigned correctly
•When no more periods exist, AusFleet will crate a new one automatcially
When periodic invoicing is complete, the financial period should be closed by ticking the box in the reference file.
