1. Introduction
AusFleet allows you to import transaction files for fuel, renewals and tolls.
Since each supplier uses different file type and file formats, and each is subject to change, you first need to complete a simple configuration process.
There are two steps involved:
1.For each import type and supplier, configure AusFleet so knows how to read the data file
2.Import and post the transactions
Generally, the first step is a once only process. Changes will only be required if the supplier changes the format of the file e.g. the columns appear in a different order.
File formats can be csv, txt, EC and xlsx.
